Sushi Chef | Full Time | Part Time Positions Available – ACT

Advanced Fresh Concepts is largest supplier of fresh sushi to supermarkets throughout Australia and North America, an industry pioneer with over 30 years experience.

AFC has partnered with Australia’s leading supermarket chain to introduce its successful hybrid sushi program. Our sushi is prepared fresh daily, in-store with high quality ingredients and is conveniently packaged for customers to eat any time of the day.

Our rapidly expanding business is seeking Experienced Sushi Chefs for its sushi bar in ACT.

Sushi Chefs are responsible for kiosks with regards to the:
– Planning and Preparing Sushi Products
– Setting up and execution of food items
– Maintaining standards of quality and service
– Ensuring only safe and high quality products are served to our customers.

Sushi Chefs must have 1-3 years sushi experience, with demonstrable knowledge of all kitchen operations. Food Safety Supervisor qualifications will be an advantage. Hospitality certification beneficial but not essential.

Further training will be provided to all successful candidates.
